Brand Guidelines#

Use this when you want to mention or display GritivaCore in your own materials.

TL;DR: use the name GritivaCore (one word, both capitals). Use our logo at minimum size 24px. Don't recolor the mark. Don't add taglines. Otherwise have at it.

Naming#

  • Always GritivaCore (one word, both Gs capital, no space)
  • The company is also GritivaCore — no separate corporate / product name
  • Adjectival form: GritivaCore (not "Gritivan", not "Gritiva-Core")
  • Abbreviation GC is OK in informal contexts; not in formal docs
  • Primary mark: the G glyph in a rounded indigo square (visible top-left of every docs page)
  • Wordmark: "Gritiva" in Inter Bold + "Docs" / product name in Inter Regular
  • Minimum size: 24px in any direction
  • Clear space: at least the height of one G around it

Color#

  • Primary: #4f46e5 (indigo-600)
  • Light variant: #818cf8 (indigo-400, used in dark mode)
  • Soft accent: #eef2ff (indigo-50)

DO not:

  • Recolor the mark to anything other than the indigo above (or pure white on dark backgrounds)
  • Add gradients, drop shadows, or motion to the mark
  • Place the mark on busy photographic backgrounds — use a neutral plate

Files#

Typography#

  • Sans (UI + body): Inter — variable weight, latin + latin-ext subsets
  • Mono (code): JetBrains Mono — variable weight
  • Fallback stacks documented in globals.css

When you embed our wordmark or quote our docs in your blog post: do not change the typeface. Inter or a close geometric sans (Geist, IBM Plex Sans, Söhne) is fine.

Voice and tone#

  • Direct, not breezy — "Run this command" beats "Just go ahead and run this!"
  • Honest about limits — we publish what we don't do (see Why GritivaCore)
  • Operator's tone — assume the reader knows Linux. Don't over-explain sudo.
  • No marketing fluff — no "game-changing", no "revolutionize", no "synergy"

When you write about us, please match this tone if possible. We'll send a thank-you note for posts that get it right.

Approved boilerplate#

Copy these verbatim if you need a one-liner.

"GritivaCore is infrastructure software for teams running between 2 and 50 VMs. It combines per-application isolation, cross-cloud mesh networking, and a single web panel — eliminating the gap between 'ssh into the box' and 'adopt Kubernetes.'"

For longer form, see Press & Brand Kit.

Asking permission#

  • Use of the name in articles, blog posts, and educational material — no permission needed. Have at it.
  • Use of the logo in your product UI ("Powered by GritivaCore") — please email [email protected] so we can say hi.
  • Co-marketing (joint blog posts, joint webinars) — contact [email protected].

Reporting misuse#

If you see GritivaCore branding used to misrepresent us (phishing, fake support, knockoff site): [email protected]. We act fast.
